the wifey's 79 cb750 cafe racer rebuild!!

homemade ring compressors. ready to install cylinders.

cylinders... cleaned up deglazed cylinder walls. ret ta go!!

before. this is the way the insruments and indicator lights looked before.

added a mini tach to match speedo. added the top clamp with the indicators in it. I will remove the bracket scene between the tach and speedo here. I may relocate the ignition switch also.

here is the new tank with new paint. the tail section is still being painted but it will match.

firetruck fabrication

inside tool compartment. this is beind the drivers seat. I took out the rear passenger seat to build this compartment. this is corolla's 4x4 pump and roll engine.

fabricated this window guard to kep tools from breakin the window.

this is the center console that I fabbed.

this is corolla's 4x4 pump and roll. they will be able to cruz down the beach while shooting out water.

this is a ram extender holder I fabricated.

this is above the pump and crosslays. I fabbed the lid for the exhaust, the storage area, and crosslays.

tearin it down to r&r all gaskets and piston rings. deglaze cylinders. check cams and valve lash. completely rewire. in some of these pics you can see how bad the wiring was done before. im going to simplify it. I will also redo the chasis under the tail section to accomidate eletrical connectors, relays and regulator so that it's all hidden. then there will be new paint.

tearin it down.. next is to drill out my swing arm tab on left side to install new axle that will go all the way through the tab with a nut rather then using thread repair on the oem design.
